Learning Designer Lars Hoffmann
Lars Hoffmann is the designer of Empatos. He is a psychologist from the University of Copenhagen and has designed learning processes since 1999. Lars has developed games and dialogue tools for learning and change processes within a wide range of issues: Strategy execution, organizational values, leadership development, evaluation, customer focus, business acumen, lean, management by objectives, coaching, knowledge sharing, conflict handling, follow-up conversations, teambuilding, stress, engagement, harassment, cultural change, violence and threats, project funding etc.
Lars has done this work for a long list of Danish and International organizations: Novo Nordisk, LEGO, Lundbeck, Danske Bank, Nordea, Nykredit, IBM, TDC, Telia, Henley Business School, Tryg, PFA, SKAT, Codan, ALK, UM, Tajco, Innovationsfonden og Trygg-Hansa. This has led to the development of more than 40 different simulations and dialogue tools.
He is an experienced user of many styles of interventions such as Solutions Focus, Appreciative Inquiry, Reviewing, Lean, Agile, Systemic therapy and coaching using Grow, Inner Game, strengthbased and ABC (cognitive coaching). Lars is a certified instructor of Situational Leadership II and OPQ, and certified in FIRO-B, MBTI and DiSC.
